At HeatLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days after installation by our technician. your order for a full refund of the purchase price.
All of our items must be installed by our authorized installers and cannot be installed by the customer or by other technicians that are not authorized by HeatlLab.
To be eligible for a return, do not uninstall or remove the item by yourself or by other technicians that are not authorized by HeatlLab. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and wires attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet these requirements. We are not responsible for damaged items.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in its original condition. The original payment method will be credited for the purchase price of the item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
