HeatLab is a company that offers a range of products for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC/R). HeatLab does not maintain an inventory of its salable products. Instead, we operate on a Make-To-Order model (MTO), which means that each product is made, assembled and installed directly to the customer after it is pre-ordered. This approach allows for a high level of customization and ensures that each customer gets exactly what they need such as Heat Pumps, and zone Dampers sizes and shapes. Our technicians assemble, install the products efficiently, and ensure that orders are installed on time.

It is the sole responsibility of the company to provide professional and qualified personnel to perform the necessary installation and/or service actions. We will put you in contact with local installers who are qualified professionals to perform the installation or servicing needs.

Warranty Coverage
Do not worry, we are covering for you. In case of a malfunction in the product you purchased on our site, we will take care to provide support for any problem with the product purchased on our site.
How do I register my responsibilities?
In most cases, a licensed professional must install or test your equipment before and including operating the product (s) during the initial operation. After the initial operation is completed, the professional will provide you with a dated installation document detailing the model (s) and the relevant serial numbers of the product (s).
We require proof of purchase of the product (s) installed within the first 30-60 days from the initial installation/operation to verify and receive the full warranty coverage of the product / s. Verification of the warranty depends on the date of purchase for the product (s) purchased, make sure you read and know the terms, language and/or requirements for each relevant manufacturer warranty.
How do we provide warranty parts?
We provide warranty parts for each unit purchased through our site and units that are still under warranty. In many cases, the defective part must be returned to us for a warranty. In cases such as this, we may ask you to purchase the new part and we will get a refund for this charge after we get back the original part. Any expedited delivery will be at an additional charge.
We reserve the right to dismiss any warranty claim for broken products and/or unprofessional installations. We will review each case individually while filing the warranty claim.
Is there a responsibility for the work?
Yes, we provide a warranty for the installation work we performed. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized installation by us. We will not provide compensation of any kind for any costs incurred by the consumer due to a malfunction or breakage of any products not installed by our authorized installers.
